摘 要:酪氨酸蛋白激酶(PTK)广泛存在于细胞的各种生理过程中,是主要与细胞的生长增殖和分化有关的信号途径。因此,PTK抑制剂具有广泛的多样的生物效应,本文回顾了近年来对PTK抑制剂的研究进展:新型PTK抑制剂的结构活性关系;PTK抑制剂对肿瘤细胞和正常细胞的影响。参考文献: [1]Jin Najia, Rafat A, Denis E, et al.
